A preview, not the real site

This is the church's real site, built from the same blocks and content as apps/web (the shared @church/site package), shown here with its CSS scoped to the frame. It uses no web fonts or embeds and makes no external requests. Forms land in the Website inbox and the captured outbox in this browser; nothing is sent. Give opens the simulated Stripe screen.

Our beliefs

What we believe at Legacy Church

We are a Bible-grounded, Spirit-led church. Here is a summary of what we believe.

We believe: The Trinity

There is one God, existing forever in three Persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Father is creator and sustainer of everything. Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the living Word, fully God and fully man, born of the Virgin Mary to redeem mankind. The Holy Spirit is the Giver of Life, who transforms us into the image of Jesus and empowers us to serve. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit after salvation, and that signs, wonders and all the gifts of the Spirit are for today.

We believe: The Bible

The Old and New Testaments are the inspired, infallible Word of God, written by God through man. Scripture has complete authority, is the source of all doctrine, instruction and correction, and is our guide for living a godly life.

We believe: Salvation through Christ

When Jesus died on the cross He paid the penalty for all sin. Redemption comes through personally accepting Christ as Savior and Lord, and His sacrifice also made healing and provision possible for spirit, soul and body.

We believe: Salvation is a free gift

We could never deserve salvation. It comes by repenting of sin, believing in Jesus and receiving Him as Lord, and it brings adoption and inheritance in God's Kingdom, producing a life of loving obedience and service.

We believe: Knowing and loving Christ

The Christian life is new life in Christ and the truth He teaches us as we live it, trusting Him through every trial. Living it means becoming who God created us to be.

We believe: The Church makes disciples

The Church exists to train and equip people to be complete in Christ. It is governed by a biblical model of eldership, honoring the roles of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers and deacons.

We believe: Baptism and the Lord's Supper

Water baptism is the outward sign of God's inner work, joining Christ's death and resurrection. The Lord's Supper honors and remembers Christ's sacrifice until He returns.

We believe: The priesthood of every believer

Every Christian is called to full-time Christian living, whatever their vocation, and every believer has direct access to God (1 Peter 2:5; Revelation 1:6).

We believe: Tithing

We practice tithing, giving the first ten percent back to God as an act of faith in Him as our provider (Proverbs 3:9; Malachi 3:10).

We believe: Jesus is coming back

When He comes, all who serve Him will reign with Him until the final judgment, when each person's relationship with Christ determines their eternity.
