How mapping works

Each fund is one QuickBooks Class, and its gifts post to one income account. Fees, the bank and Stripe Clearing don't change.

The sync never creates Classes, accounts or customers in QuickBooks: it uses the ones that already exist, so a typo here would block the run in production.

Your name or roleSaved with each mapping change, so the bookkeeper can see who changed what. A role such as Bookkeeper is fine.Learn more about Your name or role
