Who is notified
The suggested owner's role mailbox, chosen from what the visitor ticked (for example "Talking with a pastor" goes to pastoral staff). The email links to the card; it never forwards the whole form.
Where it is stored
Forms-engine submissions with the owner, the recipient group and the consent text version.
Also
Every Monday the owner gets the cards unanswered for 7 days or more.
