What the live version does

Who is notified
The welcome team's role mailbox gets an alert with a link; the guest gets a confirmation by email, or by text only if they ticked the SMS box.
Where it is stored
A forms-engine submission matched to People by the match-or-review rule (FORM-004). It never creates a person silently.
Also
The owner gets a Monday list of visits nobody has answered for 7 days (FORM-013). A guest gets at most four automated messages in 30 days.
