Your role can see that requests are waiting, never what they say. Switch to the prayer team view (in production: the prayer-and-care role, signed in at AAL2, with every read audited).
Notifications say only that a request is waiting, with a link. Check the captured outbox: no request text is in it.
What the live version does

- Who is notified
- Only the prayer-and-care role (or pastoral staff, if the requester chose "Pastors only"). The notification says a request is waiting, with a link, and never includes the request.
- Where it is stored
- The care schema, with the request body envelope-encrypted, kept out of ordinary form tables, the timeline, search, exports, analytics, the AI index and logs. Reads need AAL2 and are audited.
