Nobody by email: the family shows as pending on Kids check-in, so the desk can greet them by name.
Where it is stored
First names and an age or grade only, plus a health yes/no. No birthdates or medical details online; the desk takes those privately into the restricted schema.

The kiosk's roster snapshot carries a "first visit" flag for the family until their first check-in.
